Even as a child, Sharma had a strong desire to work in the family business. Sharma realised he was in a unique situation in college, when his colleagues were dreaming of becoming entrepreneurs or earning MNC positions. He had his degree and an established business foundation, as well as the ideal mentor in the form of his father.

He’d also have his work cut out for him to not just learn from his father, but also to bridge the generation divide and lead what was already a booming firm into the future. He was able to do so by grasping design principles as well as the expectations of his consumers, many of whom were looking for unique pieces of jewellery.

The inspiration for this year’s debut of jewellery for the modern bride: traditional and refined pieces in hues that work for the present and for all events and moods.
