30 Day Money Back Policy*
Once the product is returned under our 30 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your bank account (payment source). You may choose to either make another purchase using the same.
How do I return the product to Shreem Jeweler within 30days?
- Enter the order ID and send in a request that you want to return the product with reason from ‘Make A Return’ Tab
- Ready your jewelry in the original packing material along with the certificate.
- Our Customer Service representative will get in touch with you regarding the return of the product.
- An acknowledgement will be given to you on return of product (pickup receipt on paper/ photo of tracking number/ SMS confirmation of pickup)
- Once we receive the product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your account in 30 working days after a quality check.
100% Refund
Our 30-day return policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange after quality check.
