Where is Shreem Jeweler located?
We are located in Delhi, Karol Bagh, the Biggest Jewellery Market of Delhi’. We design and manufacture all our jewellery in India.
Where is your jewelry made?
All our jewelry are manufactured in India.
Does Shreem Jeweler have a catalog?
No, Shreem Jeweler does not have a catalogue.
Do you offer any additional discounts?
No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most stores. Our products are offered directly from the manufacturer and with no overheads like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.
Do you sell gift cards or gift certificates?
You may contact our Customer Sevice team on +91-9811663379 or by mailing us at social@shreem.in and they will help you with a customized gift card. Our discount vouchers or gift certificates cannot be clubbed with any coupon or offers.
I can't find the piece I wanted on the site anymore. Can I still order it?

Delivery
How much does it cost me to have a Shreem Jeweler product delivered to my home?
Shreem Jeweler provides free shipping on all items within India.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days.
The rest of our products are ‘Made to Order’ and it takes us 2 to 19 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address.
Our customer service team will get in touch with you post you place your order.
Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.
How will the delivery be done?
We process the delivery only through reputed insured couriers.
How safe is my product?
Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.
Does Shreem Jeweler deliver internationally?
Currently, we take orders for delivery only in India.
Can I change my shipping address after I have place an order?
Until your order is ready to be shipped, you can change the shipping address. Please contact our Customer Service team at +91-9811663379 or mail us at social@shreem.in for assistance.
For orders that are ready for dispatch, we will be able to reship it to your new address as soon as the consignment is returned back to us.
Is Cash on Delivery(COD) availabe?
No, at the moment we do not have Cash On Delivery.

How should I place an order online?
Please follow these simple steps:
- Select your piece of Jewellery and ‘Add to your Shopping Bag’.
- Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ if you have finalized your order, else ‘Continue Shopping’.
- Enter your Email Address and Name on the Secure Checkout Screen and proceed for Billing and Shipping.
- Enter your shipping details and continue to the Payment Options.
- Select your Mode of Payment and Place the order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email to the e-mail you provided while placing your order.
Can I order by phone?

How do I cancel my order?

How do I make a payment for a Shreem purchase?
Shreem Jeweler offers multiple methods to make payments for your order: Credit Card & Debit Card, Net Banking and cash on delivery.
All Credit/Debit card details remain confidential and private. Shreem and our trusted payment gateways use SSL encryption technology to protect your card information.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are no hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The total price mentioned on the product page next to the photograph is the final price. What you see is what you pay.
How do I pay using a Credit/Debit card and is it safe?
We accept VISA and Master Card (Indian cards only). You will need to key in your 16-digit Credit/Debit Card number and the 3 digit CVV Code (Card Verification Value – found on the back of the card) and complete the payment flow.

How long will it take to get refunds, if any?
The refunded amount will be directly credited to your bank account after we receive your jewellery. Please mail or call our customer delight team with your bank account and IFSC code which can be found printed on your cheque book.
After Sales Purchase Questions
Do you match prices if an item I purchased goes down in price later?
All sales prices are final and Shreem Jeweler does not price match. All our pricing is calculated using current precious metal and gem prices to give you the best possible value. These prices do change from time to time and our prices do too.
What happens if the ring I bought doesn't fit?

What if there is a problem with my purchase?
If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we’ll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we’ll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box!
Can I take a ring to my local jeweler to have it resized?
Of course, but we don’t recommend it, because these kinds of modifications, when done incorrectly, can damage the gems or the strength of the setting.

Yes we can arrange a duplicate for you for a minimum fee. It will come with copy/duplicate written across the certificate as a watermark.
